Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of ravand.com and to services provided by Ravand Cybertech Inc. (“Ravand”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to them. If you have a signed agreement, order form or service schedule with us, that document governs your services and prevails over these terms where they differ.

1. Our services

Ravand provides Software as a Service, cloud services, bare metal servers and internet service on our network, AS12212. The specific service, price, term and any service levels are set out in your order or agreement. Descriptions on this website are general information and are not an offer.

2. Your account

• You must give us accurate account and contact information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the people you authorize on your account and for keeping your portal sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for your own data, content and systems, including keeping your own backups unless backup is part of the service you ordered.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use our services or network to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or host phishing, malware or fraudulent content;
• attack, scan, probe or disrupt any network or system, including denial-of-service attacks;
• gain unauthorized access to any account, system or data;
• use IP addresses or resources not assigned to you;
• interfere with other customers’ use of our services.

We may investigate suspected abuse and, where needed to protect our network, our customers or the public, suspend affected services. Where reasonable, we will contact you first.

4. Billing and payment

Fees are set out in your order and are payable as invoiced, together with applicable taxes. Usage-based charges (for example bandwidth or power above your plan) are billed as described in your order. If invoices are not paid on time, we may suspend services after notice. Recurring services renew automatically unless cancelled as set out in your agreement.

5. Availability and maintenance

We work to keep our services available, but we do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free except as stated in a written service level agreement. We may carry out maintenance, and will give notice of planned work that is expected to affect your service when we can.

6. Intellectual property

The Ravand name, logo and website content belong to Ravand Cybertech Inc. You keep all rights to your own data and content; you give us only the rights needed to host, transmit and process it to provide the services.

7. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in your agreement, our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Ravand is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the three (3) months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may cancel services as set out in your agreement. We may suspend or terminate services for a serious breach of these terms, including non-payment or abuse. Fees for services already provided remain payable.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
