Privacy Policy
Effective October 15, 2026
Ravand Cybertech Inc. (“Ravand”, “we”, “us”) is a Canadian company headquartered at 231 Amber St., Markham, Ontario. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you visit ravand.com, contact us, or use our software, cloud, bare metal and internet services. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
1. Information we collect
- Contact and account information — names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing addresses and the contacts you authorize on your account.
- Billing and payment information — invoices, payment history and the payment details you provide so we can bill you (for example card or pre-authorized debit details).
- Service and technical information — the services you use, IP address assignments, bandwidth and power usage used for billing, and logs that our systems produce while operating our network and services.
- Communications — emails, support requests and phone calls with our team.
- Website visits — like most websites, our servers and our content delivery provider record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
We do not sell personal information.
2. How we use it
- to provide, operate, maintain and support the services you order;
- to bill you, process payments and keep accounting records;
- to secure our network and services, and to prevent fraud and abuse;
- to answer your questions and send you service, billing and account notices;
- to meet our legal, regulatory and tax obligations.
3. When we share it
We share personal information only as needed for the purposes above:
- Service providers who help us run our business (for example payment processing, banking, email and website delivery). They may only use the information to provide their services to us. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
- Legal requirements — when we are required or permitted by law, such as in response to a court order, warrant or other lawful request.
- Business transfers — in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business, subject to this policy.
4. Cookies and third-party content
Our public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map, and it is delivered through Cloudflare, which may set strictly necessary security cookies. Those providers handle the data they receive under their own privacy policies. The customer portal uses cookies to keep you signed in.
5. Security
We protect personal information with physical, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, including access controls, encryption of sensitive data and logging of staff access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and will notify you and the Privacy Commissioner of Canada of a breach where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, including the time required by tax, accounting and other legal obligations. After that, we securely delete or anonymize it.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to certain uses (which may affect our ability to provide services). You can also unsubscribe from any non-essential messages. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we may need to confirm your identity first.
