In General, depending
on your personal preferences you can:
1- Set the messages to
be shown in each web mail page
2- Set the refresh
rate of the emails list in minutes
3- Check or uncheck
"send deleted messages to deleted items folder", (since deleted items folder
will be deleted from server frequently, only send emails to this folder which
you do not need them anymore)
4- Check or uncheck "
confirm when deleting multiple messages or folders"
5- Set the forwarding
mail to any email address (if you uncheck "Don't deliver to this mailbox" a
copy of all forwarded emails will be saved in the current mailbox as well)
6- Change the deleted
or send messages folders from default
7- Customize and enable or
disable your Auto-reply message
